The Petitioner prays that the pending Dispute No.12/2017 before the sole Respondent be decided within a time frame.

The learned AGP submits that the litigating parties should be informed that they should not seek adjournments and shall cooperate with the Authority.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect the Respondent to conclude the said proceeding, on it's own merits, by following the due procedure

We put all the litigating parties including the Petitioner to notice that they shall render cooperation to the Authority and an adjournment on trivial or unreasonable ground shall not be sought. The Authority would be at liberty to reject such request application and also impose costs.
