1) Notice in Civil Application No.734 of 2016, made returnable on 9th June 2016. Call Record and Proceeding.

2) Heard learned counsel for applicant-insurance company on stay application. Seen the reasoning given. This Court holds that stay can be granted subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation within six weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited within this time it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution. In those terms Civil Application No.735 of 2016 is allowed and disposed of.
