DATE : 10th January, 2025 Per Court :- The petitioner's proposal has been pending with respondent No.4 Scrutiny Committee for validation of tribe certificate. However, simultaneously she is being threatened of dire consequence by the impugned communication dated 01.01.2025.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the proposal would be decided within two months.

We dispose of the Writ Petition directing respondent No.4 Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal

*2* 948wp355o25 within twelve weeks. We further direct that no adverse action shall be initiated against the petitioner and her salary shall not be stopped for non furnishing of a validity certificate, for a period of twelve weeks.
