IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY,

BENCH AT AURANGABAD CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO.31 OF 2014 Syed Jawed s/o Syed Mahemood ..Applicant

Versus

Nasra Fatema d/o Syed Jawed age 4 years, u/g of applicant No.2 Masrat Johan w/o Syed Jawed and anr.

..Respondents Mr A.G. Kulkarni, Advocate for applicant Mr M.S. Choudhari, Advocate for respondent No.1 and 2 CORAM : N.W. SAMBRE, J.

DATE : 24th August 2015 PER COURT 1.

Heard Mr Kulkarni, learned Counsel for applicant-husband. The applicant has questioned the order passed by the Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad wherein maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month was ordered to be paid to applicant No.2 in Petition No.E-110/2011, i.e. his daughter.

2.

Admittedly, the applicant is holding B.A.M.S. Degree and is practicing Doctor. In view of his qualification and profession, the Court has proceeded to award the maintenance to daughter. 3.

Considering the qualification of the present applicant and who is a Doctor by profession, the maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month ordered by the learned Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad to his own daughter, in my opinion, does not call for interference.

Cri.Revn.Appln.No.31/2014 4.

As such, the Criminal Revision Application fails, stands dismissed.
