IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD 131 FIRST APPEAL NO. 108 OF 2015 WITH 133 FIRST APPEAL NO. 496 OF 2016
CORAM:
VIJAY S.KULKARNI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED: 23/08/2016 1.
Perused record and proceedings. The objection notified by the office is that printing charges have not been paid or deposited by the appellant though adequate chances have been given. It is the matter of record that about five chances have been given to the appellant to remove the objection. However, no steps have been taken to remove the same. None is present on behalf of the appellant. There is no leave note filed by the learned Advocate for the appellant for today's date. All these go to show that the appellant is not really interested in taking steps and to remove the objections. In the result, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
The appeal stands dismissed for non payment of printing charges or failure to prosecute.
