ORDER:

It is submitted that the validation proceedings are pending with the Committee. The employer has issued notice to the petitioner to produce the validity or else the action would be taken. 2.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The respondent No. 2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within six months.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 19.04.2018.

2 Sr48WP418.2018 (iii) The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

(iv) Till the validation proceedings are decided, the respondents No. 4 and 5 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. 3.
