The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the names of the petitioners are illegally deleted from the voters list. These petitioners have voted in the last Grampanchayat elections. Their names ought to have been incorporated in the valid voters list. The petitioners are only claiming voting rights. If their names are included in the voters list, no prejudice would be caused to any party. 2.

The learned Addl. G. P. appears for respondent No. 1 and Mr. Kadethankar, learned counsel appears for respondent No. 2. 3.

The provisional voters list was published on 01.12.2020. The

2 wp 290-2021.odt objections were invited to the provisional voters list from 01.12.2020 to 07.12.2020. Admittedly, the petitioners did not raise any objection to the provisional voters list. The voters list is finalized on 10.12.2020. The election programme is published on 15.12.2020. The nomination papers are accepted from 23.12.2020 to 30.12.2020. The date for scrutiny was 31.12.2020. The last date for withdrawal of the nomination form and allotment of symbols was 04.01.2021. All stages in the process of election are concluded except voting. 4.

For all the aforesaid factual matrix, it will not be possible to entertain the grievance of the petitioners.
