Heard. By filing this Petition, the Petitioner has prayed to direct Respondent No.1 to

wp399.18 decide the appeal filed by him bearing No.2750618/2017/00 dated 4th December, 2017 within stipulated period.

Since the Appeal No.2750618/2017/00 is filed by the Petitioner on 4th December, 2017, we are unable to persuade ourselves to give any mandatory directions to the appellate authority to decide the appeal within stipulated period. However, it will be open for the Petitioner to approach before the appellate authority for expeditious hearing and decision of the aforesaid appeal.
