It is stated that validity proceeding in respect of the petitioner's tribe claim is pending since 2015.

The result of the petitioner of First year B. Pharmacy is withheld on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted. Considering the above, we pass the following order:

Respondent no.2 Committee shall decide the validity proceeding in respect of the tribe claim expeditiously, preferably within nine months from today. Petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the tribe claim. Petitioner to appear before the Committee on 30th January 2018.

Respondents no.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of Ist year B. Pharmacy of the petitioner only on the ground that validity proceeding is pending.

If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, the respondents shall not restrain the petitioner for prosecuting studies in the next year. 6.

The adverse action with regard to scholarship shall not be taken till decision of validation proceeding by the Committee. 7.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the decision taken by the Committee in the validity proceeding. 8.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
