Present civil application is filed for extension of time to deposit the balance amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lacs only) in compliance of the order dated 17th December, 2019. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the non applicant/bank.

For the reasons stated in the application, we extend the time for depositing balance amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lacs only) as per order dated 17.12.2019 by three (03) weeks from today. The civil application is disposed of.
