Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of petitioner, is pending. The petitioner has completed internship. The petitioner has to complete the bond period, however, internship completion certificate is not given to the petitioner. 2.

The learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Sant, learned counsel appears for respondent No.4. 3.

As it is, the petitioner has to serve the bond period. In view of the pending validation proceeding, there will be no impediment to issue internship completion certificate, in case, the petitioner is entitled to. 4.

In light of the above, we pass the following order:

O R D E R

(i) In case, the petitioner is otherwise entitled to, then the internship completion certificate shall not be withheld only on the ground of pendency of validation proceeding.

(ii) We have passed the order as it is submitted that the petitioner has to serve the bond period thereafter.

(iii) The degree certificate will not be issued until the petitioner produces the validity certificate.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
