The learned counsel Mr.Khande has put appearance on behalf of respondent No.4, on whom service was awaited. The office objections stand waived. The learned counsel further states that this petition is to be listed alongwith WP No.13349/2021 in which he represents respondent Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 8. List the writ petitions for further hearing on 01/02/2022. Interim order, if any, to remain in force till the next date of hearing.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The application is khs/Jan.2022/13348

- 2 - filed by the newly elected Sarpanch on account of the post of Sarpanch falling vacant due to the disqualification of the petitioner. Since the presence of the applicant is necessary for the effective hearing of the writ petition, CA No.246/2022 is allowed. The applicant therein shall be impleaded as a respondent in the writ petition by effecting necessary amendment within 2 weeks. The learned counsel Shri Deshmukh waive notice.
