The petitioner prays for an expeditious decision in her pending claim of belonging to the Thakur ST category. Her father Vilasrao Thakur has been granted validity certificate by the Committee and her brother namely Vedant Vilasrao Thakur has been granted validity certificate by the order of the High Court dated 03.08.2018 in WP No.9008/2018.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that the claim of the petitioner would be decided by 30.06.2023.
