1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted proposal for starting Primary English Medium School at Avhane, Taluka and District Jalgaon on self-finance basis. The Education Officer has forwarded the said proposal to the Deputy Director of Education. The Deputy Director of Education has forwarded the same to the Director of Education and thereafter the Director of Education has forwarded the said proposal to the State Government on 24.02.2020. The State Government has not yet taken decision on it.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3.

2148.22WP 3] In case proposal seeking permission to start new Primary English Medium School at Avhane on self-finance basis is pending with the State Government [Page-21], then the State Government shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six [6] months.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
