The grievance of the petitioner is that, validation proceeding is pending since the year 2011. Earlier directions were also given by this Court to decide the validation proceeding within six (06) months. For nine years same is not decided. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submits that, next date of hearing is fixed on 28.01.2021.

The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 28.01.2021. The committee thereafter shall decide the proceeding, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
