By order dated 11.12.2023 this Court recorded absence of both the parties and clarified that if none appears for applicant on next date, interim relief shall be vacated. Thereafter, matter is adjourned time to time on the request of the learned advocate appearing for the applicant. It can be observed that present application is filed for transfer of the matrimonial proceeding filed by respondent husband before the Civil Judge S.D. at Udgir and same has been stayed by order dated 17.1.2020. Thereafter, no effective steps are taken. It is, therefore, clear that either the applicant has lost interest in prosecuting present the case or deliberately protracting the matter taking undue benefit of the interim relief.

In that view of the matter, Misc. Civil Application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
