The learned counsel submits that validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2Committee since the year 2015, the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

In case, validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the said validation proceeding on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 04.02.2021.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
