ORDER :

The application is filed for relief of anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation which include the suicide note. The main allegations are against the wife. It appears that there was a quarrel with some relatives of the wife and after that the deceased committed suicide. In view of the nature of evidence available as against the applicant which is only the mention of his name in F.I.R, this Court holds that protection needs to be given.

In the result, the application is allowed. Interim relief granted to him is confirmed.
