Heard both sides.

Learned A.P.P. submits that the call details record regarding the mobile number of the respondent no.2 would show that he never entered the village Pusara, Post Kuppa, Tq. Wadwani, Dist. Beed.

It has further been gathered that the tower of the mobile is located at Wadwani. In the circumstances, from the record, it is difficult to find out as to whether the present respondent no.2 has entered the said village. For cancellation of bail, a strong prima facie is required.

The record would also show that the Police had already taken action under section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of without any order.
