The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.I-198/2015, registered at Gangapur Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 323 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

The role attributed to the applicant is use of stick. The corresponding injury suffered by the complainant Rajendra is of simple in nature.

The other accused are already released by this Court on prearrest bail by order dated 17th December 2015. The fact remains that the F.I.R. speaks about the election dispute between complainant and applicant.

In view of above, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to grant pre-arrest bail to the applicants. As such, I pass the following order: (I) In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.I-198/2015 registered at Gangapur Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 323 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. (II) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station for four days from 22nd January 2016 to 25th January 2016 between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
