1) The application is filed for the relief of bail. Both sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation.

2) Crime is registered for offences punishable under sections 376, 363, 366, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of report given by mother of the victim, prosecutrix. She has made allegation that the present

2 Application 119/2015 applicant kidnapped her daughter on 18-9-2014 by giving promise to marry with her. During investigation statement of the prosecutrix was recorded which was to the effect that she had left her parents house on her own and she was in love with the applicant. She has given her age as 17 years. The mother of the prosecutrix has also given the age as 17 years. In view of these circumstances, this Court holds that it is not desirable to keep the applicant behind the bars till disposal of the case. He is behind the bars since 26-10-2014. The learned counsel for the applicant makes statement that this is the first application filed for bail in this Court.

3) In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail in Crime No.I-136/2014 registered in Paithan Police Station for offences punishable sections 376, 363, 366, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs.15,000/-. He is not to tamper with prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offences.
