We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner as well as learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2.

In view of the facts of the case and the prayer, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 3.

Petitioner contends that she is the senior-most teacher in the school working on un-aided division. She states that a post from aided division has fallen vacant on 31.1.2024. She prays that her name be considered by the management for the said post. It appears that she has

{2} 920 sr.no..odt filed an application/representation on 22.12.2023 making such request and therefore, without going into the merits, we direct the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to consider her said representation on its own merits. 4.
