This Second Appeal has been admitted on 31.03.1995, on ground Nos. 5, 6, 7, 9 and 12. It appears that learned Advocate who filed appeal is no more, therefore, notices were issued to appellant Nos. 1 to 3 on Court motion vide order dated 17.11.2022. Inspite of service of notice, they do not cause their appearance. Notice of appellant No. 2 returned unserved as he reported to be dead. On 05.01.2023 again matter was listed, none appeared. Apparently it seems, appellants have no interest in prosecuting appeal. In result, Second Appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
