DATED : 2 nd February, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] This is an application for early hearing.

2] The present applicants are the original complainants. They were dismissed from service by the present petitioner i.e. Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (for short 'M.S.R.T.C.'). The complaint filed by the present applicants was allowed by the learned Judge of the Labour Court and they were directed to be reinstated.

3] The Revision which was carried by the present petitioner/M.S.R.T.C. challenging the reinstatement

ca1018.15 of the applicants was dismissed. Against that, the present Writ Petition was filed in the year 1995 at Mumbai. The said Writ Petition is admitted and stay is granted to the reinstatement in the year 1995 and as such present applicants, in whose favour the order of reinstatement is granted, are out of employment since 1995.

4] In that view of the matter, case is made out for early hearing.

5] Fix the Writ Petition for final hearing on 5.3.2015.

6] Civil Application is disposed of.
