PER COURT :- 1.

Shri Pokharkar, learned Advocate places on record a copy of the Government Resolution dated 12.8.2014, by which, the first respondent - Sopan Nathaji Hodgar has been taken on C.R.T. with effect from 1.1.1986 and has been granted the pay scale. Shri Pokharkar, therefore, submits, on instructions from the first respondent, who is present in the Court, that he has no grievance against the State and the cause of action before this Court vide the judgment and award dated 30.3.1994 is put to rest. 2.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that since respondent No.1 makes a statement that the impugned award stands complied with by Government Resolution dated 12.8.2014, this petition can be disposed off in terms of the said Government Resolution. 3.

Considering above, the Government Resolution dated 12.8.2014 is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification. 4.

In the light of the statement made by the learned Advocates on instructions and Exhibit "X" this petition is disposed off in terms of Exhibit "X".

Rule is, therefore, discharged.
