Mr. Kadethankar, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the premise on which the show cause notice was issued does not survive. Subsequently, the appeal filed by the present petitioner before the Armed Forces Tribunal has been allowed and also directions are issued to the Government in that regard. The present petition was filed for an interregnum arrangement i.e. till pendency of the appeal, no adverse action should be taken.
