Shri Bhavthankar, learned Advocate, has categorically made a statement on behalf of Respondent No.2 that the Petitioner has already been regularized in service and the cause of action in this petition does not survive. Considering the statement made, I had recorded the same in the order dated 11.06.2015 as under:- "1.

Mr.Bhavthankar, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 submits that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has acquired the requisite qualification and is presently regularized in employment and working as City Civil Engineer with respondent No.2. He, therefore, submits that the cause of action put forth in this petition may not survive.
