The learned A.G.P. submits that the order of this Court is complied. The proposal filed by the petitioner is decided and the same is negated. The learned A.G.P. submits that the Additional Chief Secretary has tendered unconditional apology for delay caused in deciding the proposal. The reason given is of administrative intricacies and COVID-19 pandemic.

In fact, the deponent could have been more diligent in complying the orders passed by this Court.

We accept the unconditional apology tendered by the deponent and further observe that the deponent shall be diligent in complying the orders of this Court failing which the serious view of the matter would be taken.

As the order is complied with though belatedly, the contempt stands purged. Contempt petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.

The petitioner may assail the order as may be permissible under law.
