Heard rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which have been deposited by the State-acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

Though the learned AGP opposed the application, but it seems that the compensation granted by reference court is within the limit of four times.

As such, considering the enhancement granted by the learned reference court within four times, the applicant is permitted to withdraw entire amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
