ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants - claimants in these applications are seeking withdrawal of their amounts of compensation alongwith the interest. It appears that the Acquiring Body has deposited only 50% of the compensation amounts. Further, this Court, vide order dated 4th January 2023 in other similar matters, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the entire amount of 50% as deposited by the Acquiring Body. 2.

In view of the above, these applicants are also permitted to withdraw their respective 50% amounts of the
