Petitioner, who is present personally in the Court, instructs the learned Counsel for petitioner to withdraw the petition as one of the respondents/mother of the present petitioner has already filed Regular Civil Suit No. 38 of 2015, which is pending on the file of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhadgaon, in relation to the property in question.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to petitioner to approach the said Court for re-pleading as already pleaded and may raise appropriate grievance in relation to the issue involved in the petition or may file independent suit. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.) pjm
