The learned AGP submits that in paragraph no.11, this Court has granted liberty to the respondent-Department to challenge the impugned award dated 07.09.1993. Inadvertently, instead of 'the respondent', the words 'the petitioner' have been typed.

In the light of the above, this motion is allowed. The words 'the petitioner' in paragraph no.11 shall be replaced by the words 'the respondent'.
