The present application has been filed for fixing date of the final hearing of the Second Appeal bearing No.744 of 2005. This Court is fixing the matters which are much old than the present one. The appeals of 1990 onwards are still pending. Under such circumstance, the application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to revive his prayer after one year.
