There is an innocuous prayer in as much as direction is sought to the revisional authority to decide the revision filed by the petitioner on 10.08.2017 challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent on 23.05.2017 within stipulated time.

We direct the revisional authority to decide the pending revision, if already not decided, in accordance with law and after adhering to the principles of natural justice as expeditiously as possible however on or before by the end of February, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 in
