The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this petition was filed on 30/12/2018, seeking a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 that the petitioner should be declared surplus. During the pendency of this petition, the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted and after he was declared surplus, he has now been absorbed in an institution. As such, this petition stands worked out. 2.
