The learned AGP submits that, the petitioner has an alternate remedy.

In view of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open.

The interim protection granted by this Court shall continue for a period of ten days.

Needless to state, after lapse of ten days the interim protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.

No costs.
