JUDGMENT : (Per T.V. NALAWADE, J] Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent, heard both the sides for final disposal. The petitioners have filed these petitions,

seeking directions to the respondent No. 1, to decide applications filed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act. Submission made on record shows that applications were filed on 6.6.2013, but nothing was intimated to the petitioners. No progress is made in the proceedings in respect of the applications filed by the petitioners to respondent No. 1 Collector. In view of the circumstances, this Court holds that directions is to be given to respondent No. 1 to take decision on those proceedings within six months from today. Accordingly, direction is given to respondent No. 1. Writ Petitions are allowed and disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute in above terms. 3.
