It is submitted that the petitioner has been reinstated under the orders of this Court. Thereafter, the Management has submitted the proposal to the Education Officer seeking approval to his appointment on 19.01.2017. However, no decision has been taken by the Education Officer on it as yet.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit -'D') Page 13, is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and Policy expeditiously, and preferably within a period of four months from today.

The Management shall comply the deficiencies if any, within a period of two weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
