The challenge herein is to grant of interim maintenance of Rs. 15,000/- to the wife and son. The petitioner-husband is serving at a monthly pay of Rs.50,000/-.

In the given circumstances, no case is made out even for issuance of notice. Criminal writ petition thus stands dismissed. The Court concerned is requested to decide the matter on it's own merits within a time frame i.e. preferably within a period of ten months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
