In the light of that, the petitioners may approach before the Committee, constituted by Additional Commissioner in this regard. In case, application is filed by the petitioners before the Committee, the Committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioners and take appropriate decision on the application, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a
