1] Shri Gandhi, learned Advocate on behalf of the applicants submits that this petition is pending before this Court only as against the order of dismissal in default passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission dated 11.7.2013 for non-removal of office objections.
2] The three respondents have still not been served despite the best efforts of the applicants - petitioners.
CA 2279/16 in WP 9949/13 - 2 - Now they have filed Darkhast No.8/2015 before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Jalgaon. The matter was kept for hearing on 24.2.2016 and the next date of hearing in the mater is 30.3.2016.
3] By this civil application, the applicants are praying for issuance of notice to the original three respondents.
4] In the light of the above, this application is allowed. Notices be issued to the respondents in the writ petition returnable on 22.3.2016. Besides Court notice, the applicants are permitted to serve the respondents by private service through Speed Post A.D. 5] Similarly, the applicants shall place a copy of this order before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Jalgaon in Darkhast No.8/2015 so as to bring it to the notice of the applicants in the said Darkhast and can serve the notice on the said applicants (who are respondents in this petition), through the Darkhast proceedings.
