Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The employer has issued notice to submit the validity. 3.

In the light of above, we pass the following order.

The respondent no. 2, shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within eight (8) months. The petitioner shall co­operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 3rd May, 2018. The respondent no. 3 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.
