Mr. Tribhuwan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is senior to respondent No. 6. The petitioner is promoted and sent to Osmanabad. The petitioner has requested to post him in Latur district. The vacancy is available at Latur district. The same has not been considered. The seniority ought to have been considered. 2.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P.

The Tribunal has considered that on the basis of promotion, the posting has been given. We do not find any rules, regulations or instructions holding the field to the effect that while giving posting on

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that only two years have remained for the petitioner to retire from service. 5.

The petitioner may make representation to the authorities. It is for the authorities to consider whether the petitioner can be accommodated at some other place.
