Present petition has been filed seeking following relief.

By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the proposals of the petitioner-society dated 28.2.2023 and 4.5.2023 submitted to respondent no.4 for getting rent of building taken for running the aided Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Ashram School and the Hostels and sanction and release the rent of said building forthwith."

Perusal of the documents attached would show that representations were made. The school has sanctioned and it is stated that it is running since 1994 in respect of the aided Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Ashram School from 2003 and aided higher secondary ashram school from 2009-2010. It is stated that rent till 31.3.2022 has been
wp 744.24.odt received. The only outstanding amount is from 1.4.2022 to 31.3.2023. Under the said circumstance, respondent nos.3 and 4 are supposed to take decision and, therefore, they can be directed to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 28.2.2023 and 4.5.2023 within a time bound period. 3.
Writ Petition stands allowed and disposed off with directions to respondent nos.3 and 4 to decide the proposals of the petitioner-society dated 28.2.2023 and 4.5.2023 within a period of Eight (8) weeks from today.
