The grievance of the petitioner is that the Naib Tehsildar misinterpreted the order passed by the High Court on 11th June, 2010, and issued an adverse order against the petitioner. The petitioner alleges mala fides against the Naib Tehsildar.

It would be open for the petitioner to make a complaint against the concerned officer to the superior officer, including the Collector and the Commissioner, and if petitioner makes such complaint, we are sure that the higher officials will take cognizance of the complaint and will act in accordance with law. The petitioner is stated to have presented an appeal against the order passed by the Naib Tehsildar which is pending. It would be open for the agp/-
