The Petitioner's appointment and service has been approved. The Petitioner has passed the TET recently. According to her, there is no reason for the Deputy Director, Education to review registration of the Petitioner in the Shalarth ID when the approval for her appointment is intact. The Management is a formal party in this proceeding, according to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 2.

Considering the law applicable and several orders passed by this Court, we do not find that there is any reason for the Deputy khs/Jan.2024/622

- 2 - Director to decline enrollment of the Petitioner in the Shalarth ID. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is partly allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. Respondent No.2/Authority shall pass an appropriate order on the proposal forwarded by the Education Officer (Secondary) dated 14.03.2023, to respondent No.2, within 30 days from today and moreso keeping in view that the Petitioner's transfer from the unaided establishment to the aided establishment has also been approved by the Education Officer.
