The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The employer has initiated action against the petitioner for not submitting the validity certificate.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the

2 wp 629.19 petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 25.09.2019. The respondents shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
