Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, learned AGP as also Mr. Narwdkar who appears for the respondent no. 3. 2.

The parties are ad idem that direction similar to the one issued in the matter of Lokmat Ahilyadevi Holkar Education and Social Institute's Suvidha Nursing School (ANM), Latur Vs. State of Maharashtra and others in writ petition no. 5411 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020 would serve the purpose.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application with the respondent no. 3 for grant of affiliation. The respondent no. 3 shall take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application on its own merits and in accordance with law as early as possible and in any case within three

2 WP / 587 / 2022 months from the date of receipt of such application. If the proposal is deficient in some respect, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to rectify / amend it.
