The lady and the child named in the petition for habeaus corpus are produced before us by the Police Station Chikhalthana. 2.

Learned APP tenders across the bar report received by him from that police station dated 06 March 2023 along with the statements of both these individuals. Since lady is major and states to be able to read and write, we made her to read her statement and statement of her child. She admits the contents of the same to be true. 3.

Independently, the lady states that neither she nor her son had ever been detained by anyone.
