After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned advocates for the parties, on instructions, fairly resile to a situation wherein the petition can be disposed of by directing concerned authority to dispose of the proceedings expeditiously. 4.

Having regard to nature of dispute, the authority may consider the request being made by the parties to the dispute
